How do I place my order?

To place your order, simply browse our product collection, select your favorite design, choose your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. After that, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Handling Time

Our handling time — the period required to prepare your order before shipment— is 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Transit Time

Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. For all destinations, the estimated transit time is:

  • Within the UNITED STATE: 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday)

  • International : 7 to 14 business days (Monday through Friday)

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both handling and transit time. Based on customer locations, the estimated delivery window is:

  • Within the UNITED STATE: 5 to 10 business days

  • International : 9 to 17 business days

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. For more details, see our Shipping Policy

My tracking number isn’t working

If your tracking number hasn't updated yet, don’t worry — it may take up to 5 days for tracking info to appear. Sometimes carriers update status with delays. Please wait a little longer, and if the problem persists, feel free to contact us at support@satilotus.com and we’ll assist you right away

I need help with a late order

We’re sorry for the delay! Delivery might be affected by customs clearance or shipping congestion. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame (USA: 10 business days, International: 15 business days), please contact us within 15 days from the shipment date so we can investigate and file a claim if necessary

What type of payments do you accept?

When will my card be charged?
